Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹599 

Free Shipping on Cash on Delivery orders above ₹999 

Most of our orders reaches our customer within 7 days of placing the order. However the delivery time can range from 48 hours to 10 days based on shipping address 

Once the order is shipped, the tracking information is automatically sent to the email address provided during registration.

If the product is not delivered for any reason (marked RTO-Return to origin) and remains unclaimed after subsequent attempts, resulting in its return to us, you will be responsible for the cost of re-delivery. Additionally, you will incur a reverse shipping fee equal to the original forward shipping fee in such cases.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Anime Attic, we strive to deliver high-quality products to our customers. However, in the event that you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as expected, we offer comprehensive return, replacement, cancellation, and refund policies to ensure your satisfaction.

Return and Replacement:

If you receive a product in a damaged, broken, defective, or unusable condition, you must contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving the product. Here's how to proceed:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us via email at support@anime-attic.com or call us at +91 9702001105 (9:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday). Provide images or videos showing the exact defect with the product.

  2. Approval: Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product. We do not require the defective product to be returned to us.

  3. Replacement Process: The replacement product will be shipped out within 48 hours of approval. Our products are customized, and the replacement will be shipped within 1-3 days.

Please note that Anime Attic reserves the right to amend these policies at any time without prior notice.

Cancellation:

We allow cancellation of orders only if the product has not entered production yet. However, orders placed during the COVID-19 period cannot be cancelled. Please note:

  • Orders should be cancelled or replaced within 1 hour of placing the order.

  • If the order has been manufactured, we regret that we will not be able to cancel your order.

Refund:

If you have received the product in a damaged, broken, defective, or unusable condition, and a replacement is not feasible, you are eligible for a refund. Here's the process:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support via email at support@anime-attic.com or call us at +91 9702001105 (9:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday). Provide proof of the product condition through images or videos.

  2. Approval: Once approved, we will process the refund.

  3. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 1 business day from the time the returned shipment is received by us. The refunded payment will reflect in your payment method within 3-5 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Our return/replacement policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery of the product.

  • Products are customized according to customer preferences and cannot be used by us once shipped, hence cancellation may not always be possible.

  • Return and replacement will be provided only upon our satisfaction, and our decision in the matter shall be final.

  • Please review our policy frequently as it is subject to modification without prior notice.
